Our advanced Irriview systems come equipped with standard automatic frost protection. Thanks to smart control and temperature sensors, frost protection is activated as soon as there is a risk of component freezing. This prevents frost damage to pipes and pumps – without the need for manual intervention.

The temperature sensors monitor in real time when frost protection is required. When frost risk is detected, the system automatically performs the following actions:

Blows out the pipes
Safely shuts down the irrigation program
Sends a notification to the Irriview team upon activation of frost mode

As soon as temperatures allow, the irrigation program restarts automatically.

Stand-alone irrigation systems: seasonal maintenance

For systems without automatic frost protection that are not used during autumn and winter – such as ornamental gardens, large planters, borders, etc. – we offer a reliable seasonal maintenance service to prevent frost damage:

In autumn, we winterize the irrigation system: we switch off the irrigation, carefully blow out the pipes, and – if necessary – store the pump safely in our facility.
In spring, we restart the irrigation system to ensure it functions smoothly again.
